Jennifer has taught group exercise at Harbor since 2004. Presently, she teaches barre, TRX, Pilates, yoga, cycling, and Les Mills’ BodyFlow. She holds certifications in yoga, Pilates, TRX, cycling and Booty Barre. In addition, she is certified in Les Mills’ BodyPump, BodyAttack, and cxworx. Harbor’s members are the reason Jennifer loves her job and she takes pleasure sharing her passion for wellness through teaching a wide variety of classes.
