After 10 years as a Pilates student focusing on form and flow, Lisa’s training was completed at Harbor through the Physical Mind Institute. She is certified to teach Pilates Reformer, Apparatus and Mat classes and private lessons. She has continued to study with trainings in Yogafit and Peak Pilates and strives to deliver a workout that will improve strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness. Lisa is passionate about Pilates and how it can change your body and also help with a positive outlook on life. She is excited to be stronger and more balanced than she was 20 years ago and continues to improve her mind-body connection through teaching and taking classes at Harbor. She truly believes that anyone at any age can learn and benefit from pilates! Lisa is a UW-Madison graduate (BS Genetics, MS Educational Psychology) and lives in Middleton with her family.
