Harbor has a very experienced team of personal trainers who specialize in a wide variety of areas. We can help you reach your goals whether you are looking to lose a small or significant amount of weight, training for a race or event, rehabbing from an injury, or just looking for some guidance on being healthy. We have trainers available from early morning to evenings, weekdays and weekends, and in a variety of session lengths. Our packages range from 1 hour to 24 hours and can be purchased as members, non-members, or in a semi-private setting if you would like to train with others.

I have been part of the Harbor family since 2005 and love it every day! I grew up being active in sports, especially track and field which I competed in through my college years. My love of learning and desire to be active led me to the fitness field. I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse in Exercise and Sport Science with an emphasis in Fitness, with concentrations in Strength and Conditioning and Coaching Competitive Athletes. Sara holds an American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist Certification with a degree in business/minor in fitness.
