Rachel is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), an ACE certified group fitness instructor, and a Peak Pilates comprehensive certified pilates instructor. You may find her teaching a group fitness class at the main building, or a class at wellness, but wherever she is her passion remains the same. She is passionate about the people in her class. Coming alongside them wherever they are, whether its their first or fiftieth class, offering guidance and support to help them be the best they can be in that moment is what drives her. She loves the connection and energy a class can bring and thrives on helping new members find their footing in a new adventure. She invites you to come as you are, do what you can, and let yourself be surprised by the results.

Walk through our club, and you'll see people of all ages and abilities using our pools, playing basketball, participating in our wide variety of classes, or using our state-of-the-art exercise equipment.
