TRX Suspension Trainer
Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.TRX Schedule

Combo of TRX and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. Expect plyometrics and athletic-based moves.
Build overall strength and endurance with this highly efficient Suspension Training program. Spend the entire time using the TRX moving from upper to lower body exercises. New students to TRX® welcome to any class.
TRX Basic Training
TRX Basic Training is the next step after attending Intro To TRX. This total body strength workout is for beginners or those with injuries, leaving more transition time between exercises than other TRX classes. Intro To TRX is recommended, but not required.
Pre/Postnatal TRX & Stretch
TRX resistance training and yoga/pilates workout for all levels, moms-to-be or moms up to one year postpartum. Babies are welcome if they can stay stationary. More about Pre/Postnatal Classes.
