It is never too early to develop healthy exercise habits. At Harbor, we are known for our wide variety of group classes for kids of all ages from toddlers to teens. These classes teach sportsmanship, respect, and team building skills and at the same time improve fitness levels through specialized activities. Our offerings include strength and agility training, choreographed dance performance to music, or more sports-specific sessions such as swimming or racquetball lessons.

Classes for All Ages
We offer classes for kids of all ages. From our Parent/Child swim class, FIT & Strong with Baby to our Speed & Agility and Strength Conditioning for teens. Your child can grow with Harbor.
Planning a birthday party at Harbor is a piece of cake! Pick from one of our affordable packages or customize your own celebration! Either way, we do the set up, provide the fun and clean up. Need a night out? You’re in luck! Harbor Youth offers Parents’ Night Out. Drop your kids off at Harbor for a night filled with activities, food and a movie. Our Kids Club & Youth Fitness staff plan an evening for the kids so you can enjoy a night on the town. Open to members and non-members. Check here for the next scheduled night.
We know that learning to swim is only one reason to put your child in an activity. Our new curriculum now includes safety objectives and behavioral objectives that will help your child not only become a better and safer swimmer, but a more confident and brave person as well.
We make it easy to join any one of our Youth classes. You may purchase a FIT Pass for your children that they may use to join any number of classes. Sign up online for Youth classes using the pass, or drop-in to any class for just $10.

FIT Passes may be shared with parents and siblings. FIT Passes are also good for HOT Yoga, TRX, Rip 30 and GRIT Classes.
We only hire the most experienced and highly trained staff. All of our youth staff undergoes a background check and is CPR certified. And, of course, our trainers and Kids’ Club staff LOVE kids. Questions about our Kids Club? Contact Wendi.
