This comprehensive program integrates the three essential elements of permanent, sustained healthy weight management to help you achieve a healthy weight life long. Those elements are Lifestyle Coaching, Diet/Nutritional Counseling, and Fitness Training.

Lifestyle Coaching
Understanding the whys and hows of emotional eating assists clients in making behavioral changes that become a consistent part of a healthy lifestyle.

Diet/Nutritional Counseling
A Registered Dietitian will develop a healthy, well-balanced nutrition program for each participant that includes a comprehensive initial assessment. In addition, customized nutrition/health management topics will be discussed.

Personal Trainer
One of Harbor Athletic Club’s many highly qualified Personal Trainers will work one on one with each client to explain, work with, and explore the proper exercise techniques for successful weight loss.
