PILATES
Pilates is a mind-body art that simultaneously improves mental and physical well-being. Using controlled movements in the form of mat exercises or equipment, Pilates tones and strengthens the body. At Harbor, we offer a variety of Pilates mat and equipment classes, as well as group and private sessions, to best meet your specific needs.
Reformer Group Classes – Participate in a complete body workout leaving you refreshed and invigorated.
Advanced reservation and fee required. An introductory reformer session with a certified Pilates trainer
required before entering into the group setting.
TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Tai chi is used to:
• Reduce stress
• Increase flexibility
• Improve muscle strength and definition
• Increase energy, stamina and agility
• Increase feelings of well-being

YOGA
Harbor offers a complete yoga program, including intensives, classes and special events led by our
nationally certified instructors. You’ll find small class sizes and personalized instruction
just right for any experience level.
