Intro to Pilates Reformer – Pre-requisite to all reformer classes. ($25 for 90 minutes).
Beginning Group Reformer – Recommended before attending reformer 1 or 2.
Group Reformer 1 – Basic and effective movements on the reformer. All levels.
Group Reformer 2 – Intermediate/advanced level reformer class with quicker transitions.
Intro to Pilates Mat - Introduction to Pilates. Pre-requisite to other mat classes.($12)

Enjoy flexibility and try news classes/instructors.

Reformer students register AND pay at wellness desk for all reformer classes.
Payment is required to register for a class. Students will NOT be registered for a class UNLESS they pay in advance. Credit cards numbers required and charged upon registering via telephone or email. 821-6501
As long as valid 10 or 20 reformer class pass wellness desk staff will sign their name on reformer sign up sheet.
If there are 2 or less people signed up for ANY classes 24 hours prior to the class starting it is CANCELLED. Wellness staff will contact anyone registered for the class of the cancellation. Phone or email.
If a student NO SHOWS they will be charged for the class.
Students may cancel up to 24 hours before a class runs without penalty.
Credit card on file at HAC may be used for reformer classes.
Schedules will be posted for 3 months – so students may sign up to 3 months in advance for classes.
Appointment cards available at desk to document class(s) students register for.
