New Membership FAQ's

How can I find out your membership prices? 
We offer individual and family rates in 1 year, 2 year and month to month memberships (with no contract)  as well as corporate and senior citizen memberships.  It's best to drop by the Club and talk to one of our staff members so we can find the best rate for you.

When I join Harbor, will you show me how to use the cardio machines?
Yes.  As a new member, you are entitled to receive one hour with a personal trainer, who will go over the correct way to use the cardio machines as well as the weight machines. 

I just want to use the pool.  Can I have a membership that only includes the pool? 
Harbor's membership include the entire Harbor facility and Wellness Center.  However, swim lessons are available to non-members.

Can I take any classes or use any services as a non-member?
Non-members can enroll in personal training, youth fitness classes, swim lessons, yoga and mat pilates.  Tanning and massage are also available. 

Can I add family members at any time? 
Yes!  Immediate family members may be added at any time.  The add-on price will be determined by age and length of the new contract commitment. 

Can non-members use Harbor Athletic Club?
Adults and  children can purchase daily guest passes with a maximum of three visits per year for local residents.  Out of town guests can purchase daily or weekly passes.

As a member, how can I buy guest passes?
Guest passes will be sold to our members at a package price from the day after Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day.

Can college-aged student use Harbor over breaks?
Special 4-week or 6-week passes are available for members and non-members.

Can I join just for the Summer?
Summer memberships are available with an option to extend into the Fall. 

Can I change my membership?
All contract changes are subject to current rates. Member may upgrade membership type at any time. Members may drop person off their membership and sign a new contract that covers the cash value of the old contract to current rates.

Can I remove a family member from my membership?
Once minimum contract period has been fulfilled, any family member may be removed from the membership. Current rates will apply for remaining members. A 30 day notice must be received to make changes for the next billing date.

How do I cancel my membership?
 A member may terminate his/her membership at the end of the minimum contract period by notifying Harbor Athletic club in writing and surrendering all ID cards 30 days prior to the first of the month. Without notification membership will remain in effect on a month to month basis.

Can I add a Nanny to my membership for the summer?
Yes!  The membership for a nanny can be added to a family membership, but needs to be paid in full at the beginning of the summer.

I am moving. Can I get out of my contract?
Yes, but you must show proof that you are moving at least 50 miles from the club. Bring in a utility bill, VISA statement, rental agreement with your name and new address.
