Warm Water Pool
Exercise classes in¬† the warm water pool are very popular.¬† Our members enjoy a wide variety of¬† gentle water exercise classes (many Arthritis Foundation Approved.)¬† The warm water pool is conveniently located off the first floor for members who have difficulty walking.

Water fitness classes in the Sport Pool are also popular.¬† Choose from a variety of classes and times. The sport pool is centrally located, perfect for those who have trouble walking.

Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi classes in the Wellness Center
Many of our members take advantage of classes at the Wellness Center, including Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
Yoga Made Easy - A gentle class using a chair as the main prop. Perfect for persons with joint pain, limited range of motion, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and arthritis.¬† This class will help increase your flexibility, lung capacity and introduce you to relxation techniques for a better quality of life.
Pilates Beat: A Pilates mat class plus music, extra movement, energy, and some standing footwork.This class is low-impact and appropriate for all levels.

Members are welcome to join any of the¬† floor exercise classes offered at Harbor.¬† Many of our members love Body Vive, which is a low-impact, high energy class that combines cardiovascular, balance, strength, Tai-Chi, abs and back. Body Flow is a pre-choreographed class that combines moves from Yoga, Tai-Chi and Pilates.
Members enjoy the NuStep recumbent cross trainer machines, which stimulate a natural walking motion while eliminating joint stress and promoting functional fitness.
NuStep machines are located right outside of the Sport Court on the main floor of Harbor.
