12 Weeks to Madison:

WHO: Runners of all LEVELS are welcome & encouraged to join.

WHAT: A la Carte offerings include New Leaf Metabolic testing, Small Group Strength Training for Runners and a Running Mechanics Evaluation with USATF and ACE certified trainer Moira Ruhly. Please email Moira or Ryan with any questions or more details.

WHEN: Saturday mornings at 8am starting March 2nd

WHERE: Sport Court @ Harbor Athletic Club

Cost: $25 members/$50 non-members (does NOT include entry into any race)

12 Weeks to Madison program includes:

  • Appropriate level training program
  • Team T-Shirt
  • Coach/Pacer Led Weekly Runs
  • Running Specific Suggestions sent via email

Program registration deadline February 28th.
