Virtual hills, sprints and long distance flats guide the beginner to trained athlete to greater performance. Periodization theory is applied following techniques to make your body as efficient as possible.
SPIN/STRENGTH: The Spin/Strength class provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Experience a:30 minute ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Spinning will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn. The spin will be followed by 30 minutes of innovative core and arm exercises designed to create long, lean musculature. Experience the benefits of a cardio workout plus strength building in one class!
SPORT CYCLING: Like to bike outside? Getting ready for a race/Triath- lon? Or just want a little more of a push? Then this class is for you! Open to anyone. Designed intensity to be in between Studio Cycling and the Triathlon cycling class but not periodized like the performance cycle class. Give it a try!
STUDIO CYCLING: (45 denotes 45 minute class)
This class consists of athletic and rhythmic interval training drills, using speed and resistance to give a realistic and awesome workout on the bike.
TRIATHLON FIT PROGRESSIVE CYCLING: Progressive cycle indoor training for Triathletes or road cyclists but open to anyone. Those regis- tered for the Tri fit run get priority seating for this class.
