Intro to Pilates Mat - Introduction to Pilates. Pre-requisite to other mat classes. Please Register ($12)
Barre Class - Develop lean and agile bodies by incorporating small props, free weights and a barre. Focus on strengthening and stretching the major muscle groups in order to create a "dancer-like" physique that is both strong and trim.
Pilates Fit – Pilates mat class with additional movement, standing core exercises, brief interval work and strength training. Get Fit!
Pilates Mat – Mixed level class with beginner to intermediate level Pilates mat exercises.
Pilates for Athletes - Functional training class to strengthen core, improve mind/body awareness and to work on injury prevention. Exercises may apply to biking, swimming, running, and skiing and includes balance and hip work.
Power Pilates - The Power Pilates method encompasses more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk. Posture will improve, abdominals, back and buttocks will strengthen and become more visibily toned, while arms and legs will become leaner.
Restorative Pilates - Gentle mat class with emphasis on stretching and strengthening. Appropriate for seniors and those with chronic problems such as arthritis or diabetes.
