RIP 30 is moving to a FIT Pass!

Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges.
Participants should come into class having done a small warm-up and prepare for a focused 25 minute total body workout!
After class find some space in the gym for some foam rolling or additional stretch!
