CYCLING CLASSES
INTRO TO CYCLING:
New to indoor cycling? Start with this 15 minute class
and get all the basics to studio cycling and lots of
TLC.
PERFORMANCE CYCLING:
Virtual hills, sprints and long distance flats guide
the beginner to trained athlete to greater performance.
Periodization theory is applied following techniques
to make your body as efficient as possible. Class to
return late fall.
STUDIO CYCLING:
This class consists of athletic and rhythmic interval
training drills, using speed and resistance to give
a realistic and awesome workout on the bike.
