BODY COMBAT: Explosively popular in clubs around the world, BODYCOMBAT® combines moves and stances from a range of self-defense disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long energetic routine.
BODYFLOW®: A combination of Yoga, Tai chi and Pilates pre-choreographed to some awesome music that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. It works on mind as well as body to leave you feeling centered, renewed and stress-free.
BODYSTEP® is a cardiovascular program that uses a height-adjustable step. Providing a high energy cardio
workout to music, BODYSTEP® features high intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning tracks designed to shape and tone the entire lower body while pushing fat-burning systems into high gear.
BODYJAM® is a 55 minute dance-inspired workout that moves with the latest music. It’s cardio funk at its best for those with a passion for movement and dance. Anyone who wants to have fun doing cardio should check this class out! All moves are broken down into simple steps...then you put them all together...options too!
BODYPUMP:
Definitely the fastest way in the universe to get in shape! Body Pump is an expertly choreographed, quality controlled barbell program. It is a revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body. BodyPump sign in at the front desk to receive clips for class.
BODYVIVE®
Let’s you get in shape at your own pace with a low-impact, high energy class that combines, cardiovascular, balance, strength, Tai-Chi, abs and back into one hour class. Great for everyone from the beginning exerciser to an athlete using bodyvive as a recovery day to participants wanting to get all components of exercise in an hour!
BOSU™ is an acronym for “both sides up”. The BOSU class is a completely unique and multidimensional training class that integrates: Core, functional and balance training. Maintaining spinal alignment is important to low back health.
Class size is limited to 14 participants.

CARDIOVASCULAR CLASSES

ALL CLASSES INCLUDE ABDOMINAL WORK AND STRETCHING UNLESS OTHERWISE

BODY SCULPTING: The ultimate in shaping, toning and defining the muscles using free weights, bands resist-a-balls, medicine balls and more!
BOOTCAMP: This is a high-intensity class designed for both athletes and non-athletes looking to improve explosive power, increase speed, agility, quickness, jumping ability, coordination, and balance. Drills will be sport-special and functional so as to incorporate the body as a whole. Taught by certified personal trainers for ages 12 and up.
A punch card is available to non-members (see front desk for details).
TREADMILLING: Do you dread your time on the treadmill? Come and find out that running on a treadmill can be exciting. Experience a combination of power walking, hills, jogging, sprinting. Everyone works at their own pace. Meet in the cardio area at treadmills that face the mirrors.
CARDIOPOWER: An exciting, innovative interval training class using the step, track, floor, slide, weights and lots of creativity!
STEP: A 60 minute workout on the step with fun and exciting combinations and a “go for it” attitude. All step classes are at an intermediate and advanced level unless otherwise specified.
STEP ONE: Emphasizes terminology and the basics of stepping. Perfect for the novice stepper or those looking for a basic class.

INTRODUCTORY CLASSES

Technique classes for BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYJAM AND BODYFLOW: These are all 30 minute introduction classes. Basic and new moves for each release will be presented. Participants are encouraged to attend before taking the full hour class and each quarter before a new release of music and choreography..

CYCLING CLASSES

INTRO TO CYCLING: New to indoor cycling? Start with this 30 minute class and get all the basics to
studio cycling and lots of TLC.
PERFORMANCE CYCLING: Virtual hills, sprints and long distance flats guide the beginner to trained athlete to greater performance. Periodization theory is applied following techniques to make your body as efficient as possible.
STUDIO CYCLING: This class consists of athletic and rhythmic interval training drills, using speed and
resistance to give a realistic and awesome workout on the bike.
