Mat Basics Pilates Schedule

Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing such as sweats, stretch pants, tight shorts, etc. No loose shorts please. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please inform your instructor prior to class.

Registration is located at the Wellness center.

Harbor reserves the right to cancel or change any classes. Mat classes with less than 4 participants for 3 continuous weeks will be cancelled.

Mat Basics: A beginning level mat class introducing the fundamentals & basic exercises of the Pilates Method. Breathing and body awareness will be developed. Classes are a pre register, pre pay 4 week session..
