Wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing such as sweats, stretch pants, tight shorts, etc. No loose shorts please. If you have any injuries or health concerns, please inform your instructor prior to class.

** Kids will learn to have fun using and stretching their muscles. Great opportunity to have your child exercising while you are.

Registration is located at the Wellness center.

Harbor reserves the right to cancel or change any classes. Mat classes with less than 4 participants for 3 continuous weeks will be cancelled.

Pilates Mat: A mixed level class with beginner to intermediate level Pilates mat exercises with variations offered to student who are ready for a quicker pace. Exercises may include weights, bands, ball, foam roller and the magic circle. Cues enable students to strengthen the core, lengthen the body, and increase postural awareness. Exercises are done standing, sitting, and lying on the mat (prone, supine, and side).

Pilates and Sculpt: This class will focus on specific toning exercises.

Pilates for Athletes: The most important training you will do!

Non Members Welcome! Passes may be purchased for ongoing Matt and Reformer classes at the Harbor Wellness Center.
