Pilates Mat: A mixed level class with beginner to intermediate
level Pilates mat exercises with variations offered to
student who are ready for a quicker pace. Exercises may
include weights, bands, ball, foam roller and the magic
circle. Cues enable students to strengthen the core, lengthen
the body, and increase postural awareness. Exercises are
done standing, sitting, and lying on the mat (prone, supine,
and side).
Pilates and Sculpt: This
class will focus on specific toning exercises.

most important training you will do!
