Reformer Pilates Schedule

Reformer Classes involve learning to train the body using the Reformer, a versatile piece of equipment, which has a moveable carriage, straps, shoulder rests, a headrest, and a footbar. These give the student something to push and pull against, providing more feedback to strengthen the core and lengthen the body. The Reformer is a fascinating way to find more connections between the mind and body.

Participants must complete 2 private sessions before taking group classes. Sessions are 4 weeks long, once a week. Advanced registration and payment required.

Reformer Advanced: This challenging class is invitation-only, it requires a referral from an instructor. Students should be able
to pass eight out of ten exercises required for this clas. Transitions are quick, students should be fairly free of injuries.

Reformer Essentials:
An intermediate-level reformer class where the transitions are quicker than the Fundamentals class. This
class will intensify core stabilization and challenge upper and lower body to work concurrently. Students should be very com-
fortable on the reformer, usually at least 6 months experience.

Reformer Fundamentals:
This class sticks to basic, yet effective movements on the reformer, allowing ample time in between
exercises for recovery and stretching. Suitable for beginners, those with injuries, or those that simply love to focus on doing
each move correctly and beautifully.
