H2O RUNNING
Water running is an ideal exercise for the new millennium.
It is kind to the body but very effective for less maintenance
during an injury, as a once-a-week substitute for a jarring
workout, or just for the sheer enjoyment of trying a new
activity. This is also a great class for beginners
in water fitness - easy to learn.
HYDROFLEX
A medium to hi-gear water aerobic exercise program
for the water enthusiasts who want more from their workout
year-round. Deep H2O exercise may be included.
PILATES/DEEP H2O Stretch and strengthen the “core”
muscles (abdomen, back and trunk area) to achieve proper
posture/alignment and then apply those principles to cardiovascular
exercise moves in Deep H2O. Cool down with exercises designed
to improve your balance.
POWER PLUNGE Prepare to explore all water
depths.
Utilize intense cardio energy and a great variety of equipment.
Emphasis is on strength and toning. Work hard and
