AQUA BOOT CAMP Whoever said “You can’t get a good workout in the water”. Be ready for an all-out muscle-blasting experience. Intense, demanding workout in shallow and deep H20.

AQUA RHYTHM Increase cardiovascular endurance by performing moves following the tempo of the music in shallow water, while focusing on body alignment.


CARDIO/SCULPT  High energy water class filled with a mixture of calorie burning and muscle strengthening exercises! This class uses a variety of resistance equipment for toning and strengthening along with “cardio” activities. Entire pool may be utilized.

DEEP H2O ARTHRITIS (45 min class) A deep water Arthritis class designed to offer a greater challenge to participants able to tolerate more activity than the standard Arthritis class format in the Warm Water Pool. Must be comfortable exercising in Deep H2O with a flotation belt. Belt is required and provided. Classes are taught by Arthritis Foundation Certified instructors. Physician’s authorization form is required for regular participation.

DEEP H2O   A high intensity workout in the deep water using flotation belts.  Increase your physical fitness level by cross-training with the lowest possible level of impact.  Some classes may use resistance equipment.

H20 FUN & FITNESS  Have fun while you increase your overall fitness! This class provides cardiovascular, strength and toning exercises for all levels. Resistance equipment may be used to improve muscular strength and endurance, while doing shallow and deep H2O activities.

H2O RUNNING  Water running is an ideal exercise for the new millennium.  It is kind to the body but very effective for less maintenance during an injury, as a once-a-week substitute for a jarring workout, or just for the sheer enjoyment of trying a new activity.  This is also a great class for beginners in water fitness - easy to learn.

HYDROFLEX   A medium to hi-gear water aerobic exercise program for the water enthusiasts who want more from their workout year-round. Deep H2O exercise may be included.

PILATES/DEEP H2O Stretch and strengthen the “core” muscles (abdomen, back and trunk area) to achieve proper posture/alignment and then apply those principles to cardiovascular exercise moves in Deep H2O. Cool down with exercises designed to improve your balance.

POWER PLUNGE  Prepare to explore all water depths.  Utilize intense cardio energy and a great variety of equipment.  Emphasis is on strength and toning.  Work hard and play hard to the best tunes.
