All
youth fitness classes incorporate good sportsmanship, following
rules, and listening skills in a positive environment suitable
for success and lots of fun!
Basketball:
One of our most popular classes. This class offers a great
workout and the opportunity to learn the fundamentals
of basketball: dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense.
This is a coached time and free to all members (non
members $5). † Player needs to be able to make a basket
on a regulation height net.
BootCamp: This is a high-intensity class
designed for both athletes and non-athletes looking to
improve explosive power, increase speed, agility, quickness,
jumping ability, coordination, and balance. Drills will
be sport-special and functional so as to incorporate the
body as a whole. Taught by certified personal trainers
for ages 12 and up. A punch card is available to non-members.

DodgeBall: One
of the playground favorites. Catch, throw, dodge, if
not, you're out. Two teams, last team standing wins.
Teams formed each night. This is a supervised time and
free to all members.
HF2:
Fitness & Fun: Looking for non-competitive
fun? Harbor is offering Indoor/Outdoor activity mix
with supervision. Sign up at the front desk, but drop
in for any class. Free to all members (non members
$5).
Kid’s Court: This
is a supervised physical activity in different areas
of the club. Times and ages vary. Kids must be checked
in and out of Kidscare. This is free to all children
that are members.
Pilates: Toddlers
& Kids will learn to have fun using and stretching their
muscles. Great opportunity to have your child exercising
while you are.
Racquetball: Get your child interested in a
new sport!!! Racquetball is an excellent form of exercise.
Learn the basics of the sport and improve hand-eye coordination,
flexibility and cardio endurance.
Resistance Training: The class will focus on safety
in the weight room. The participants will learn the benefits
of a life-long resistance training program in a fun, positive
environment. Youth will learn to use their own body weight
for resistance exercises that can be performed anywhere.
They will also learn what machines they are allowed to
use and which ones fit them properly. There will be some
discussion and handouts on etiquette and also on proper
nutrition. There will be a short written exam on Friday.
(Certification is at the discretion of Harbor Staff and
may be revoked if club rules are not followed)
Soccer
Skills: Bring your soccer skills up to the next level!
Taught by MYSC coaches. Players will be learning and
practicing foot skills, ball handling, offensive/defensive
moves and more. Players need to provide their own ball.
Limit of 16 players for each class. Free for members.
$5 for non-members!
Youth
Fitness Training: From the weight room to
the gym. Learn weight routines to get and stay fit
with some added fun in the gym. Free for members. (non-members
$40)
