Youth Resistance Training!
(includes certification) for ages 9 & up.

The class will focus on safety in the weight room. The participants will learn the benefits of a life-long resistance training program in a fun, positive environment. Youth will learn to use their own body weight for resistance exercises that can be performed anywhere. They will also learn what machines they are allowed to use and which ones fit them properly. There will be some discussion and handouts on etiquette and also on proper nutrition.

Sign up at the front desk.

$90 for members, $100 for children of members,
$110 for non-members.

Participants must attend all four days to receive certification.
