Hot Yin Yoga

Power Pilates

The Power Pilates method encompasses more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strength- en muscle without adding bulk. Posture will improve; abdominals, back and buttocks will strengthen and become more visibly toned, while arms and legs will become leaner.

This class uses concentration, control, and centering to stabilize muscles in shallow water. Free to Move focuses on using the natural support and resistance of the water to re- lieve stiffness and stress associated with FIBROMYALGIA, CHRONIC FATIGUE, and ARTHRITIS. Class participant’s exercise in gentle movement patterns, work on balance and breathing techniques. Includes AI CHI. All levels.
