Hot Fusion

A unique mix of yoga and Pilates in a heated room. Pilates exercises and yoga postures develop healthy breathing, flexibility and concentration, and also a mental focus and release that is challenging yet rejuvenating. Burn extra calories and protect your muscles and joints.

Joints in Motion *

The first 45 minutes is a beginner class that includes mild water walking and gentle exercises that focus on stretching and strengthening without stress to the joints. The last 15 minutes includes a gentle water aerobic workout. *Arthritis Foundation approved. Beginner to intermediate level.

A continuation and learning the Sun and Yang Styles. This class is open to people who have had some experience doing Tai chi or by consent of the instructor.

28 Day Challenge

Small group sessions will be up to 8 people and will be 1 hour long led by a personal trainer. -They will be functional fitness focused using things like the TRX, ropes, weights, tires, etc. Often done in format of interval training but may vary based on the participants needs.

A moderate intensity level class beginning with gentle range of motion exercises progressing to a 30-minute cardiovascular workout. Also focuses on increasing strength and improving posture and balance by using equipment and/or the water’s natural resistance. Advanced Level.

Outdoor HIIT

What is HIIT? High Intensity Interval Training of strength and cardio. Short all out burst of intensity followed by short periods of rest. Burn a ton of calories and burn fat long after your work out is over. Increase your fitness level by increasing your VO2 Max better than steady state cardio. The Dept of Health and Human Services states that 75min of vigorous intensity exercise is comparable to 150min of moderate exercise.

This class focuses on using the natural support and resistance of the water to re- lieve stiffness and stress associated with FIBROMYALGIA, CHRONIC FATIGUE, and ARTHRITIS. Class participant’s exercise in gentle movement patterns, work on balance and breathing techniques. Includes AI CHI. All levels.
