Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges. Participants should come into class having done a proper warmup and prepare for a focused 25 minute total body workout! After class find some space in the gym for some foam rolling or perhaps keep the workout going in one of our awesome spin classes!

Deep H2O *

A high intensity workout in the deep water using flotation belts. Increase your physical fitness level by cross-training with the lowest possible level of impact. Some classes may use resistance equipment. * Class held inside.

Extreme Challenge

Location: Harbor Sport Court.

Learn or increase core and functional movement using multiple disciplines of exercise such as Weight Lifting, Plyometrics, Endurance, Stamina, and Flexibility all grouped into circuit training. All disciplines will be progressive starting at beginner level and progress to experience level.

Swimming for Triathletes

Workouts designed specifically to help triathletes improve their current race pace. Participants will use goal times/paces for accountability during the workouts. Technique instruction, race tips and strategies and team camaraderie are all included. Each participant will receive a weekly email with workouts to do on their own. Yoga

Align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Asanas are often held to allow students the opportunity to open and release into the pose. Expect seated and standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, hip openers and inversions. Special themes and specific muscle groups may be focused on. Inspired by various styles of yoga. Beginning Tai Chi (yang)

Appropriate for those starting in their practice of Tai Chi to learn the foundation for and the Tai Chi Fundamentals Form of 32 movements. People with limited physical ability can use chairs in this class if they wish. Intro Class Recommended before attending beginning class. Yang Form – Gentle and effective movements emphasizing the sense of being “grounded”. It requires more balance capabilities.

28 Day Challenge

Small group sessions will be up to 8 people and will be 1 hour long led by a personal trainer. -They will be functional fitness focused using things like the TRX, ropes, weights, tires, etc. Often done in format of interval training but may vary based on the participants needs.

What is HIIT? High Intensity Interval Training of strength and cardio. Short all out burst of intensity followed by short periods of rest. Burn a ton of calories and burn fat long after your work out is over. Increase your fitness level by increasing your VO2 Max better than steady state cardio. The Dept of Health and Human Services states that 75min of vigorous intensity exercise is comparable to 150min of moderate exercise.
