Flowing aquatic energy. Tai Chi in the water. Let the soothing waters strengthen your body and caress your spirit. Flowing, yet powerful progression combines deep breathing with slow broad movements using the entire body. This class is designed to reduce stress while improving flexibility and balance. Joints Combo is Gentle Joints (*Arthritis Foundation approved) and a combination of the classes Aqua Flow, Free to Move, Ai Chi, Aqua Waves, and Pilates. All levels.

A high intensity workout in the deep water using flotation belts. Increase your physical fitness level by cross-training with the lowest possible level of impact. Some classes may use resistance equipment. * Class held inside.

Aqua Waves
Feb 2 @ 6:30 am – 7:15 am

Location: Warm Pool.

A moderate intensity level class beginning with gentle range of motion exercises progressing to a 30-minute cardiovascular workout. Also focuses on increasing strength and improving posture and balance by using equipment and/or the water’s natural resistance. Advanced Level.

Whoever said “You can’t get a good workout in the water”. Be ready for an all-out muscle-blasting experience. Intense, demanding workout in shallow and deep H20. * Class held inside.

H2O Fun & Fitness

Location: Sport Pool.

Have fun while you increase your overall fitness! This class provides cardiovascular, strength and toning exercises for all levels. Resistance equipment may be used to improve muscular strength and endurance, while doing shallow and deep H2O activities.

Joints in Motion *
Feb 2 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am

The first 45 minutes is a beginner class that includes mild water walking and gentle exercises that focus on stretching and strengthening without stress to the joints. The last 15 minutes includes a gentle water aerobic workout. *Arthritis Foundation approved. Beginner to intermediate level.

High energy water class filled with a mixture of calorie burning and muscle strengthening exercises! This class uses a variety of resistance equipment for toning and strengthening along with “cardio” activities. Entire pool may be utilized.

Aqua Flow
Feb 2 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Location: Warm Pool.

This class will combine the disciplines of Yoga and Ai Chi with familiar exercises from our Arthritis class format to help you increase range of motion, strength, flexibility and balance. Relax and de-stress—all in the soothing comfort of our Warm Water Pool!! All Levels.
