The first 45 minutes is a beginner class that includes mild water walking and gentle exercises that focus on stretching and strengthening without stress to the joints. The last 15 minutes includes a gentle water aerobic workout. *Arthritis Foundation approved. Beginner to intermediate level.

Introduction to the movement patterns for all Tai Chi styles. This class provides an effective beginning for people of all ability levels to try Tai Chi and begin to get the health benefits associated with practicing Tai Chi. 28 Day Challenge

Small group sessions will be up to 8 people and will be 1 hour long led by a personal trainer. -They will be functional fitness focused using things like the TRX, ropes, weights, tires, etc. Often done in format of interval training but may vary based on the participants needs.

A moderate intensity level class beginning with gentle range of motion exercises progressing to a 30-minute cardiovascular workout. Also focuses on increasing strength and improving posture and balance by using equipment and/or the water’s natural resistance. Advanced Level.

Rip 30 & Ride

Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord to provide a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges. Participants should come into class having done a proper warmup and prepare for a focused 25 minute total body workout! After class find some space in the gym for some foam rolling or perhaps keep the workout going in one of our awesome spin classes! The Rip training is followed by a ride.

Yoga Nidra

Join Iris Mickey for continued Yoga Nidra practice. This class will begin with a brief discussion of the topic of the day for Yoga Nidra so that there is an understanding of the days exploration. Following this discussion, we have a gentle asana class for the purpose of connecting to our bodies. We then settle in for a restorative and relaxing guided meditation of the koshas; layers of awareness, going deeper each session. This class is for anyone desiring to learn more about themselves and how their mind and awareness work!
