A moderate intensity level class beginning with gentle range of motion exercises progressing to a 30-minute cardiovascular workout. Also focuses on increasing strength and improving posture and balance by using equipment and/or the water’s natural resistance. Advanced Level.

Yoga Nidra

Join Iris Mickey for continued Yoga Nidra practice. This class will begin with a brief discussion of the topic of the day for Yoga Nidra so that there is an understanding of the days exploration. Following this discussion, we have a gentle asana class for the purpose of connecting to our bodies. We then settle in for a restorative and relaxing guided meditation of the koshas; layers of awareness, going deeper each session. This class is for anyone desiring to learn more about themselves and how their mind and awareness work! Power Pilates

The Power Pilates method encompasses more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strength- en muscle without adding bulk. Posture will improve; abdominals, back and buttocks will strengthen and become more visibly toned, while arms and legs will become leaner.
