Location: Sport Pool.

A high intensity workout in the deep water using flotation belts. Increase your physical fitness level by cross-training with the lowest possible level of impact. Some classes may use resistance equipment. * Class held inside.

Swimming for Triathletes
Apr 22 @ 5:30 am – 6:30 am

Instructor: Rachel Fishbain

Location: Lap pool

Workouts designed specifically to help triathletes improve their current race pace. Participants will use goal times/paces for accountability during the workouts. Technique instruction, race tips and strategies and team camaraderie are all included. Each participant will receive a weekly email with workouts to do on their own. Registration includes a free cap.

Aqua Waves

A moderate intensity level class beginning with gentle range of motion exercises progressing to a 30-minute cardiovascular workout. Also focuses on increasing strength and improving posture and balance by using equipment and/or the water’s natural resistance. Advanced Level.

The first 45 minutes is a beginner class that includes mild water walking and gentle exercises that focus on stretching and strengthening without stress to the joints. The last 15 minutes includes a gentle water aerobic workout. *Arthritis Foundation approved. Beginner to intermediate level.

Aqua Boot Camp

Location: Sport Pool.

Whoever said “You can’t get a good workout in the water”. Be ready for an all-out muscle-blasting experience. Intense, demanding workout in shallow and deep H20.

Gentle Joints *

This class focuses on using the natural support and resistance of the water to re- lieve stiffness and stress associated with FIBROMYALGIA, CHRONIC FATIGUE, and ARTHRITIS. Class participant’s exercise in gentle movement patterns, work on balance and breathing techniques. Includes AI CHI. All levels.
