Practical Strategies for Treating Disordered Eating
Friday, September 30th
9am-4pm

Harbor Athletic Club is pleased to announce that it is hosting Tom Shiltz, MS CADC III on Friday September 30, 2005. Tom is a therapist who specializes in weight issues and disordered eating patterns for Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc, WI.

Whether you are 100 lbs overweight or struggling to keep your weight at 100 lbs, you won’t want to miss a rare opportunity to partake in this practical workshop for all those people who have struggled with either overweight or underweight issues.

Sandy Schuette, Lifestyles Coach and owner of Living Slim, is proud to team up with Harbor Athletic Club to sponsor this all-day presentation. The event will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn from 9am-4pm at a cost of $110. To register please call Sandy at 831-6500.

All registrants must be prepaid by check or Visa/MC no later than Friday September 16th. In the text that each participant receives, Tom states: Recovery starts with the “exhale,” the “emptying.” Before a person can receive something new, s/he must be willing to let go. Anyone living with disordered eating intuitively knows this fact.

Come and learn how to let go and experience a new sense of freedom and peace!
