You’re in luck! The Harbor Athletic Club personal training
staff is here to help you. Harbor Athletic Club’s personal training program
offers our members the opportunity to increase their knowledge
of fitness
and exercise principles leading to improved quality, safety
and efficiency of their workouts.
To
begin working with a trainer, simply fill out an intake/interest
form at the front desk or over the phone. You can also
email us(see link at right) with your availability and
package preference. A trainer that best matches your
availability and preferences will call you to set up
the initial consult.
