Our private Yoga Studio is located in the Wellness Building.

Harbor's Yoga program provides a sequence of classes that empowers each student to develop a strong yoga practice. Through asanas (physical postures) and breathing techniques, students will experience:

Bone Density
Cardiovascular Health
Immune Function
Strength
Range of Motion
Lowered Stress Levels

Harbor Yoga is noncompetitive and appreciates that everybody has individual needs.
