About TRX Suspension + Rip Trainer

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

TRX Classes

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Rip Trainer

TRX Rip Trainer™ strengthens core muscles with exercises focused on rotational power, creating the necessary foundation for a high-performance body. Boost core strength, rotational power and flexibility with the TRX RIP Trainer. Perfect for baseball, golf, lacrosse and hockey.

Class Packages

Fit passes may be used for Hot Yoga, TRX, Les Mills Grit Series and Youth Classes and may be shared among family members.
Unlimited Class Pass options may NOT be shared among family members. *Monthly contracts must be filled out at the front desk. May not be purchased online.
