Harbor Wellness Studios offers a variety of yoga classes which link breath with movement to create a moving meditation. Classes are Hatha yoga based (incorporating basic traditional postures) and are designed to accommodate every level and interest. There is a wide variety of other class formats to complement the vinyasa flow practice including: Yin yoga, Zen Strong, 26 Re-mix, and Yoga for Back Care.


Mild temperature classes in Topaz or Jade studios are included with your Harbor membership. Non members may purchase passes to attend.

Hot Yoga

The Ruby studios is heated to 95 degrees with infrared Radiant Heat. Radiant heat warms you up from the inside out like the sun heats the earth. The heat warms your muscles so they can flex safely and easily. Heat also heals and helps prevent injuries. Humidity promotes sweating, which cools your body and flushes toxins. Be prepared to sweat. Additional fee for heated classes.


What should I bring to class?

Bring a mat, water bottle and towel or rent/buy one of ours.  Wear fitted exercise clothes, ideally that wick away moisture.

I am new. Which class do you recommend?

We recommend private lessons with a certified instructor to learn any new format. Introduction to yoga classes are offered quarterly for new students. Check our schedule online for dates.

New students please arrive early and check in to let your instructor know you are new to class.

How is the Ruby Studio heated?

With infrared Radiant Heat. Radiant heat warms you up from the inside out like the sun heats the earth. It is more efficient than traditional heating systems that blow air. Radiant heat is natural, silent, draft-less and odorless.

Is Yoga included in my membership?

Traditonal yoga classes are included in your membership.

Hot Yoga requires a Fit Pass.  Harbor invested in a infrared radiant heating system and dedicated an entire studio to Hot Yoga. The heating system is more complex and costly than simply turning up the thermostat or plugging in space heaters. The radiant heat is also much more beneficial. Instructor training and fees are higher as well. As Harbor constantly upgrades and brings members new programs extra cost are incurred.

If you would like to add the Unlimited Class Pass option on to your monthly membership dues, please call or stop by the front desk to complete contract paperwork.
Fit passes may be used for Hot Yoga, TRX and Youth Classes and may be shared among family members. Unlimited Class Pass options may NOT be shared among family members. Youth classes are not included in the Unlimited Class Pass option.
