Spring has sprung! As we declutter our homes, offices, and attics this time of year, let’s do the same thing for our mind and body. Using all your senses, we’ll work with unique oils, practice movements, and learn mindfulness techniques to enhance balance and release excess baggage. Participants will have the opportunity to reset the brain, learn techniques around empowering thoughts, and will leave with ideas to bring up your optimal vibration. Join four of our Wellness Experts for a 90-minute session of cleansing, healing, and empowerment.
