Intro to Qigong (chi-gung)

Qigong (Chi-Gung) means “working or playing with your energy” and includes flowing movements, breath exercises, meditation and self-massage to coax your body and mind into a relaxed state that nurtures your life’s vitality. This introductory class will give you a taste of how this simple practice can enhance energy flow, release tension from your day and leave you feeling relaxed yet focused for whatever lies ahead. All ability levels welcome. Can be performed standing or seated in casual work attire.
