Amir Khazai

Biography:

I’ve loved moving ever since I started jogging with my dad when I was five years old.  Although he was an amazing athlete, I some how some way managed to keep up with him!  This priceless experience inspired me to spend the last decade and a half working with people from their teens to their 90’s, and from a wide array of ability levels such as disabled or elderly to other trainers.  This vast experience has taught me that there is no one size fits all approach to fitness; therefore, I pride myself on listening to the needs and wants of clients and adapting workout routines to uniquely fit them -whether working one on one or in a larger class setting.

I love to change up not only routines, but the playlists, tempos and even the equipment I use—most times from class to class!  I do all of this in hopes of keeping things exciting, and keeping us pushing each other to constantly learn, have fun, and grow each time we meet.

A core piece of my mission and training philosophy for maintaining physical and mental health is to reach synergy.  I’m always amazed at the positivity people feel when they feed off like minded spirits to go far beyond what they may otherwise have thought possible.  I firmly believe this kind of passion benefits not just individuals but our society, and that’s why I feel strongly connected to those joining me on this collective fitness journey.
