“No goal is too small whether you want to get in shape, run a 5K or do the Ironman!”
Carrie earned her Master of Science in Journalism and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, Madd Dog Athletics Certified Spinning Instructor, Certified TRX Group Instructor, 4-time Ironman Finisher and 12-time marathon finisher including the Boston Marathon. Exercise is a great stress reliever even when you feel you don’t have time to fit it in. I love helping people achieve goals weather big or small. I have helped clients reduce stress, get toned, lose weight, and even qualify for the Boston Marathon. I also love leading group cycling and hope to see you in one of my classes soon.
