I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Sports and Conditioning Association and a TRX Suspension Course Specialist. I’ve always had a love for exercise and fitness has always been a part of my life. From a young age I enjoyed sports such as soccer, football, wrestling, baseball, and basketball. In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights, taking my dog on hikes, cooking, or anything that keeps me active. I spend a lot of my time meal prepping to help with my body composition so although I am not a dietician, I can help you meal prep like I do. I specialize in strength training, youth programs, and I co-teach our Youth Weight Training class, but I also enjoy training people of all ages 1-on-1.
