Jill grew up in a small town in West Central Minnesota. In high school, she participated in swimming, basketball and track which led her to swim at the collegiate level at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She received her undergraduate degree from UW-La Crosse with a B.S. in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Fitness. She continued her education and obtained her master’s degree from the college of St. Scholastica in Duluth Minnesota with a M.A. in Exercise Physiology. She has worked in the clinical field of cardiac rehabilitation and electrophysiology for the past 13 years. She has received her ACSM CPT certificate last year and has wanted to influence people to live a healthy lifestyle to avoid future health issues.
Jill has completed 3 marathons, 1 half ironman and countless triathlons and road races. She loves inspiring people and helping them see their true potential and to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals.
