Lorraine has been practicing Tai Chi for 18 years. Before she came to Harbor Wellness Center she taught Tai Chi in Minneapolis. Throughout these years Lorraine has practiced many styles of Tai Chi. These range from the traditional forms to Tai Chi Chih, a style introduced in the United States in the 1970’s. She has a passion for practicing and sharing Tai Chi through the process of teaching. For Lorraine, Tai Chi is a life-long journey of inspiration. She is a certified instructor for Tai Chi Fundamentals (Yang Style) and Tai Chi for Arthritis/Health.
