I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science with an emphasis in Personal Training and a minor in Coaching from the University Of Wisconsin – River Falls, where I also played four years of football. I’m a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I specialize in strength training and athletic programs, but I also enjoy training people 1-on-1 as well as with youth programs. My philosophy is each day you’re working to make yourself better than the last, focusing quality work over quantity of work and most importantly having fun.
I first became interested in the field of exercise and sports science after being injured in football. I soon realized after a short time that I not only wanted to help athletes but also the average person to accomplish their fitness goals. Whether they are training or competing in an event or they just want to look and feel healthier. I’m looking to spread my knowledge, as well as gain more knowledge and bring my love for sports and fitness to Harbor Athletic Club and its members.
Along with training, you will see me working at the front desk as well as working out and teaching a few private swim lessons. Outside of work I love hunting and fishing, I have traveled to various places in and out of the country catching different types of fish, and I look forward to traveling the world and getting the opportunity to do more of that.
