Here’s a water workout for you to add to your routine today. Complete each exercise as described below:
- Wall Kicks – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest (x4)
- Noodle Flies – 5 forward, 5 backward (1 minute total)
- Press and Hold – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest (x4)
- Noodle Plank (hold for 1 minute)
Complete 3-4 times for a 20-25 minute workout
