Wednesday Punches with Alton

Coach Alton is here to bring you a cardio based boxing workout to work on those boxing skills for today’s workout!

  • Burpee, Jab/Cross
  • Speed Jab/Cross
  • Speed Uppercuts
  • Back and Forth Hooks
  • Reverse Sit Ups
  • Burpee Squat Hold

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute after the full round. Repeat 2-3 times.
