- Speed Jab/Cross
- Speed Uppercuts
- Back and Forth Hooks
- Reverse Sit Ups
- Burpee Squat Hold
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute after the full round. Repeat 2-3 times.
