Comin’ at ya with a little kick up for your workout today. Brittany has a perfect workout for you to add to your day today that is sure to get your muscles burning!

Perform each exercise below for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest after. One minute rest after all exercises have been completed. Repeat 2-3 times.

  • Row to Tricep Kickback
  • Squat Bicep Curl
  • Chest Press with Balance
  • Curtsy Lunge with Lat Pulldown
  • Wall Sit with Rear Delt pull
  • Side Lunge with Overhead Press
