Perform each exercise below for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest after. One minute rest after all exercises have been completed. Repeat 2-3 times.

- Chest Press with Balance
- Curtsy Lunge with Lat Pulldown
- Wall Sit with Rear Delt pull
- Side Lunge with Overhead Press
