– Knee drops
– Reverse curls
– Bicycle crunch
– Moving boat pose
– Spiderman plank (knee to elbow)
– Rotating plank

Modify exercises as needed.

For beginners – keep knees bent on all exercises.

Intermediate/advanced – repeat for a 12 minute total ab workout once you’ve tried this a few times!D
