Yoga for Feet

Invigorate your yoga and movement practice from the ground up. In this medium intensity, four-week series, we will develop the structural integrity of the standing poses by stretching the plantar fascia, spreading the metatarsal bones, broadening the heel and more. We will also explore how the feet are the root of the pose even when seated and inverted. The final class will include a creative walking meditation. Be good to your precious feet. Join us! Some yoga experience helpful.
