Master Swim Coach

Our ever growing masters program is looking for one or two more part time masters swim coaches. Group Exercise Instructor

Are you certified to teach freestyle Group X classes or LES MILLS and have a flexible schedule to sub or weekend availability? Do you love being part of a team? We are looking for you!
We are hiring certified instructors to sub in all formats, especially
Bodypump openings to subbing all available times, weekends, evenings, early mornings
Sculpt available Tuesday evenings at 510pm and 1st and 4th Saturdays at 940am
Bodystep subs various times throughout the week.
Bootcamp subs various times.
Compensation and membership discussed at audition and interview.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Want to help keep us clean? We are currently looking for a dependable, loyal, hard-working person to join our maintenance team; 3rd shift, weekdays and weekends 11pm – 5am. Competitive wages, FREE membership.  Download an application above or contact Robin Dosch.

Kids Club

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, have experience with children ages newborn-age 13, child references, love playing and keeping children safe and basic childcare classes or qualified experience a must.
This is a self motivated, multitasking job that also includes cleaning and has physical aspects to it.
We currently have openings for a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts.

Birthday Party Host

Looking for fun, energetic and enthusiastic staff available Friday nights and weekend afternoons to run birthday parties in the gyms and pools. Must have experience working with children of all ages and knowledge of age-appropriate games and activities for kids, lifeguard certification a bonus!  Pay starts at $15/hour and includes a Harbor Membership with minimum hours met.


Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have current lifeguard, first aid and CPR certifications from the Red Cross or equivalent.   We have openings for both weeknights and weekends.  Compensation begins at $9.00, commensurate with training  and experience and may include a Harbor membership, depending on how many shifts they can work.

Personal Trainers

  • Must be able to teach one-on-one and conduct small group training
