A safe, effective, energetic and FUN barre class that combines strength, flexibility plus a little cardio to burn fat. A combination of Pilates, yoga, dance and balance that is appropriate for many age groups and fitness levels.

Les Mills Barre

A modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.  No registration required…just show up!  Free for Harbor members.

Pilates Barre

An energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. All fitness levels welcome.  Space is limited.  Please register.  Free for Harbor members.

Schedule
