About Personal Training
Harbor Athletic Club has a very experienced team of personal trainers who are ready and excited to help you on your journey of training for life, at any stage and any age. Trainers specialize in a wide variety of disciplines and will be there for you whether you are training for an event, rehabbing an injury, looking to lose any amount of weight, gain strength or balance, or just looking for guidance on being health and active.
We have trainers available early morning to evening, weekdays and weekends, and in either 30 or 60 minute sessions. We are ready to train you in the club, virtually at any location, or in person in your home. A variety of packages are available and can be purchased as members, non-members, or in a semi-private setting if you would like to train with others.
In the Club Personal Training
Depending on your wellness goals, one of our trainers would be happy to work with you one-on-one or with 1-3 others. Our trainers can help motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Fitness assessments may also be performed before and after to measure success if desired.
Let our professional trainers help with your fitness goals, right from the safety of your own home! They will be there to safely take you through fun and challenging workouts tailored just for you; a great option for when you are traveling or gone from the club for an extended period of time! Trainers can also use this time for program design for off-days and progress check-ins if you desire.They are also there for you for program design for off-days and for progress check-ins.
In Home Personal Training
Our experienced Personal Trainers can come and train you right in the comforts of your own home, where they will work with you to help you attain your goals in your own space.
Private Instruction - Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates
Use your current personal training package or purchase private sessions.
Levels of instructor training:
- Pilates apprentice instructor – new to Pilates instruction or currently completing certification. Reduced training rates. Please contact Courtney
- Pilates certified instructor – certified in Pilates method
- Pilates advanced instructor – additional training, certifications and experience. Additional $10/lesson
Group training inspires top performance in a friendly, welcoming fitness environment. Participants team up to reap the benefits of variety, camaraderie and accountability while surpassing their individual fitness goals. The small-group setting allows our professional trainers to incorporate maximum flexibility and choice into workouts, yet tailor exercises to individual needs and preferences. Classes serve up the positive energy of a supportive community, and the expertise of our amazing staff in an affordable, fun and highly effective setting. Virtual group training classes available.
