About Personal Training
Harbor has a very experienced team of personal trainers who specialize in a wide variety of disciplines. Whether you are looking to lose a small or significant amount of weight, training for a race or event, rehabbing from an injury, or just looking for some guidance on being healthy, we have trainers available from early morning to evenings, weekdays and weekends, and in a variety of session lengths. Packages range from one to twelve hours and can be purchased as members, non-members, or in a semi-private setting if you would like to train with others.
Depending on your wellness goals, one of our trainers would be happy to work with you one-on-one or with a partner. Our trainers can help motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Fitness assessments may also be performed before and after to measure success if desired.
Private Instruction - Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates
In a one-on-one setting, our skillful and talented yoga, tai chi and pilates instructors tailor each session to the particular needs and goals of the individual student. Sessions may be used to work on a particular pose or sequence, to get inspiration for their home practice or simply to receive the one-on-one attention.
Small Group Personal Training
Team training inspires top performance in a friendly, welcoming fitness environment. Participants team up to reap the benefits of variety, camaraderie and accountability while surpassing their individual fitness goals. The small-group setting allows our professional trainers to incorporate maximum flexibility and choice into workouts, yet tailor exercises to individual needs and preferences. Classes serve up the positive energy of a supportive community, and the expertise of our amazing staff in an affordable, fun and highly effective setting.
