About Small Group Personal Training

We aim to inspire top performance in a friendly, welcoming fitness environment. Participants team up to reap the benefits of variety, camaraderie and accountability while surpassing their individual fitness goals. The small-group setting allows our professional trainers to incorporate maximum flexibility and choice into workouts, yet tailor-fit exercises to individual needs and preferences. Sessions serve up the positive energy of a supportive community, and the expertise of our amazing staff in an affordable, fun and highly effective setting. SGPT Classes require a class pass. Members and non-members alike may purchase a 20, 10 or single class pass to drop in to any of the classes listed below, either on-line or in person at the front desk.

Schedule

Classes are 55 minutes and require registration. Pilates equipment classes require an Pilates Introductory Series or private instruction before attending group reformer classes.
