Cross train for the ultimate 60 minute workout. Class begins on the bike – 30 minutes in the cycle studio. Then move on to 30 minutes of cross training – strength boot camp style. Members are welcome to attend one part or all of class. Come ready to work.
Cycle45
Our 45 minute version of StudioCycle, Cycle45 brings all the challenges of StudioCycle into a shorter format great for new riders and tight schedules.
Sprint
LES MILLS SPRINT™ is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.
