About Youth Fitness

It is never too early to develop healthy exercise habits.  At Harbor, we are known for our wide variety of group classes for kids of all ages from toddlers to teens.  These classes teach sportsmanship, respect, and team building skills and at the same time improve fitness levels through specialized activities.  Our offerings include strength and agility training, choreographed dance performance to music, or more sports-specific sessions such as swimming or racquetball lessons.

Our programs are designed help children develop positive behaviors at an early age. Kids grow up fast. Let Harbor help inspire them in their pursuit of lifelong fitness.

Youth Gym Class

Are your kids ready to MOVE after sitting on their computers doing virtual learning all day? Join us for Harbor Gym class! This class for ages 5-13 will provide your kids a safe, FUN way to move their bodies. From no-contact games, to relay races and obstacle courses, each day will provide a new movement activity. Kids will be split into age groups 5-8 and 9-13 during class and class will meet outdoors weather permitting. Included with youth membership.

Youth Boxing by Canvas Club

Kids ages 8-13 learn proper boxing stance and punching technique along with cardio and strength conditioning in this fun 45-minute class.

Youth Strength and Athletic Conditioning

This Train for Life class was developed to help Middle School and High School age children develop their strength and overall conditioning. Classes include a variety of equipment, including TRX and dumbbells. Our Youth Fitness team of Certified Personal Trainers give personalized feedback to each participant because we know every growing body is different and has different needs. This class offers a fun and safe environment where kids can learn as they improve their skills in strength, agility and conditioning. No prior training experience is required, this is a safe place for all.

Injury Prevention and Recovery

This Train for Life class will educate your young athlete on the importance of recovery days. Different rolling and stretching techniques will be utilized. The instructor will also work with each athlete on corrective exercises to improve imbalances to help prevent injury.

We are excited to announce our new Youth Enrichment Program, a blended version of our summer camp and after school care. The Harbor Youth Enrichment Program offers a safe and structured setting where children ages 7 and up will receive 4 or 8 hours of enrichment to enhance their mind, body and spirit. Programming is led by education and fitness professionals and includes structured homework time, creative activities, tutoring, physical activity, quiet space and more!

    August 31-October 9th
    AM Session- 8:00 am-12:00 pm
    PM Session- 12:30 pm-4:30 pm
  • Session 2
    October 12-November 20th
    AM Session- 8:00 am-12:00 pm
    PM Session- 12:30 pm-4:30 pm



Cost & Details

  • $1,200 for 6 week session of either AM or PM session, enrollment fee of $59
  • $2,400 for 6 week session for both AM and PM session, enrollment fee of $59


  • Masks will be required in indoor spaces
  • Temperature checks will be taken each day upon arrival for both staff and children
  • Children will have a dedicated work space in a large private office with only 1 or 2 other children
  • Daily agenda will include assigned school work, physical fitness (think boxing, boot camp, non contact games) and creative time
  • Children will need to bring a laptop or tablet with them as well snack and water bottle
  • Lunch Bunch available from 12-12:30 if you are doing both AM and PM sessions
  • Cleaning will happen nightly as well as between the AM/PM session
