Annie Levihn
Biography:
Annie Levihn is a 200RYT-certified instructor whose practice began in 1999. She brings with her to each class a reverent passion for the power of yoga. It’s through yoga that Annie was able to find relief from arthritis in her back (diagnosed at the too-young age of 22!), and she enjoys expounding upon the healing aspects of a consistent practice with students. What will you find in her classes? A great playlist, hands-on assists, a focus on alignment and being open to possibility. Annie loves a good, strong Vinyasa flow, and she appreciates both the powerful aspects of yoga as well as the restorative. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, rock climbing, running, cycling, reading, writing, traveling, exploring art museums, hanging out with friends and family…Annie is a Jane-of-All-Trades, Master of None (except she’s pretty much nailed Savasana!).
Originally from Janesville, Wis., Annie now lives in Madison with her husband (who has yet to try yoga!) and son (who tolerates Mom’s living room practice during Looney Tunes).
