I have been part of the Harbor family since 2005 and truly love it every day! I work with amazing staff and clients, and no two days are ever alike. I grew up being active in sports. My love of learning and desire to be active and to help others be active led me to the fitness field.
My passions in fitness vary, and I love the diversity of working with all ages, my oldest being 95! I have always loved the athletes, but life has taken me to find my true passion in helping the average person find their inner athlete competing in day-to-day life, at any level from beginners to more advanced. Whether you are training to get stronger or faster, want to be able to move without pain, get better balance and flexibility, or just want to be able to get up off the chair stronger…I am here to help others with their goals so they can be the best they can be with where they are at in their fitness journey.
